I am here to help you feel better in your day to day.

My Story

For over 20 years, I worked in home‑care, supporting carers, clients and families through some of their best and hardest days. In that time, I saw first‑hand how stress, grief and constant responsibility show up in the body and mind.

That experience sparked a never‑ending curiosity in me: why do some people cope better than others and how can hands‑on care actually change what they feel, not just what they think?

Over the past decade I have followed that question wherever it led. I trained in Reiki, massage, reflexology, Chios energy work, psychology and coaching, before committing to a three‑year qualification in acupuncture.

Each modality added another way to understand how the body holds experience – and how gentle, targeted treatment can help release it.

Today, in my clinic, I bring these strands together. My focus is on continuously learning, refining and combining therapies that support your nervous system, ease pain and tension, and help you feel more at home in your own body. Sessions are calm, collaborative and tailored to you; sometimes you need a quieter, restorative treatment, other times a more focused acupuncture plan.

If you are navigating stress, loss, health changes or simply feel “not yourself”, you do not have to figure it out alone.

My role is to listen carefully, draw on a wide toolkit of evidence‑informed therapies, and walk alongside you as we work towards better health – one treatment at a time.

My Approach

Every person arrives with a different story, so no two treatment plans should ever look the same. Your care is always tailored to your specific needs, priorities and pace.

Together, we design a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you. This combination allows treatments to be both grounded in best practice and delivered with genuine compassion.

The practice is built on client‑centred values: listening carefully, working in partnership and adjusting as your needs change. Ethical standards, clear communication and respect for your autonomy sit at the heart of every session, so that effective treatment, trust and long‑term relationships can grow over time

Who I Help

Many different people come to clinic, but there are a few patterns that show up again and again.

  • People carrying long‑term stress or anxiety who feel it in their bodies. tight shoulders, headaches, poor sleep, a constant “on edge” feeling.

  • Those living with ongoing pain or tension, whether from desk work, caring responsibilities, old injuries or just “getting on with it” for years.

  • Women navigating hormone shifts, from heavy or irregular cycles to perimenopause and menopause.

  • People moving through grief, burnout or big life changes who need a calm, grounded space to land, regulate their nervous system and reconnect with themselves.

If you recognise yourself in any of these, we can work together to create a treatment plan that meets you where you are and supports the next step on your journey.
